Why Mark’s Inspections!

I have been a Licensed General Contractor for 30 years, specializing in remodels and additions from the foundation, to the roof, crawlspace to attic, kitchen to bath, and more. I am a licensed, insured, and InterNACHI member Home Inspector.

I am here to save you money!

My inspections are conducted with thoroughness to insure that you are covered, since this will be one of the most expensive purchases you will ever make. Whether you are buying or selling a home, my inspection will alert you to any unforeseen repairs, which will save you thousands of dollars. The majority of real issues are not always visible, this is where my years of experience are to your advantage. I personally go into the crawlspace, attic, and onto the roof, searching for defects, storm damage, and potential troubles that will affect the soundness of your home.

Your privacy is very important to us!

We never sell, trade, or share, any of your personal information to anyone, for any reason, without your permission first. This means we will not even send your report to a realtor, seller, or any other individual without your consent. Should you back out of the sale for any reason, we do not sell, or give that report to any other buyer.

Q. Will I need to be present at the time of inspection?

Being present during the inspection is not required, but you are most welcome to be there if you would like.

Q. How long do I have to wait for the inspection, I’m on a time limit?

No waiting schedule! Inspections are scheduled and completed within 1-2 business days, weekends excluded, from when you schedule, and inspection reports will be received the same day, usually less than 30 minutes after the completion of the onsite inspection. ​Now that is true service!

Q. How do I get my inspection report?

You will receive the report by email, if a report is needed in print, you will receive a full color spiral bound document, (note: there is an added fee of $25 for printed document).

Q. How do I pay for the Inspection, and what will be the fee?

We accept cash, check, credit or debit card on site, or we can email you an invoice so you can pay online. We always strive to keep our inspection costs as low as possible while providing you with top quality service. Inspections fees are based on square footage and age of house. Prices ranging from $310 to $535.

Q. How will I be able to share the report with my realtor or others?

Your realtor will receive a copy of the report(by your request) when you get your copy. The report can be downloaded as a PDF, you will be able to send a copy to whomever you may wish to. ​The report is yours!

Q. What if I have Questions about what is in the report?

All questions are welcome, even after you have received your report.
